CopenCamp summer CAMP for 2026 spans a six-week period. Camps are independent so you may enrol for any single week or any combination.
CopenCamp Summer CAMP: children aged 7 years and above.
CopenCamp Summer CARE: children aged 4–6 years.
Food: Children must bring two snacks (morning and afternoon) and a nutritious packed lunch plus a water bottle.
Clothing: Dress for the weather and expect painting and outdoor activities — comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Other equipment: Unless required by facilitators, electronic devices (phones, tablets, games, etc.) should not be brought. Expensive or treasured items should be left at home.
Pickup from school at 16:00 for CAMPS and 16:30 for CARE.
Only children with recorded parent permission may leave by themselves — inform us at copencamp@gmail.com once enrolled.
If a child needs to leave early during the day, a parent must notify copencamp@gmail.com in advance.
Children are expected to maintain the highest standard of conduct. Profanity, physical violence, threats, or otherwise dangerous or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. Staff instructions and programme rules must be followed.
CopenCamp reserves the right to withdraw any student whose behaviour is considered incompatible with the programme; no refund will be given in such cases. Parents agree to pay for damage caused by their child and to support positive conduct standards.
After registration you will receive an email with account details. Please ensure the email you provide is correct.
Enrollment is confirmed only when payment is received into the Learning Centre bank account. After payment, please email payment details to copencamp@gmail.com.
